We know COVID-19 will always be a concern for anyone planning an event during these challenging times. We never want our customers to be in a position where they have to choose between forfeiting money and the health and safety of others. This principle shapes what we believe to be a generous cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Any event can be rescheduled to a future date right up until the day before the items are to be delivered or picked up. There are no fees for rescheduling your rentals and your rental reservations will be moved to a new day of your choosing.
Please note that we cannot guarantee all items in your order will be available on the day you move your reservations to. If one or more items in your order are already fully booked on your new day then you may have to choose an alternative item.
When you place an order for an item, we will always honour the price you placed it at. That means if you place an order during a sale then need to reschedule your event - you will get to keep the sale price. Similarly, if we raise our prices on items in your order, you will still get the lower price you booked it at.
If you cancel your order or reduce the quantity then later wish to place the order again for the same items then you will get the price at the time of your new order.
Should you find yourself needing to cut down your guest count then you will be able to reduce quantities or cancel items at no extra cost. You can adjust your quantities right up until the day before the items are to be delivered or picked up. The remaining balance can be used towards payment of the items remaining in your order.
In the unfortunate scenario that you must cancel your event then the non-refundable deposit will be converted into a cancellation credit with us. The cancellation credit will be credited to your account and does not expire and functions similar to a gift card. It can be used towards any future purchase with us.
