Delivery and Pick Up

To make it easier for you to enjoy our rentals, we offer delivery services before your event and collection services after your event. These optional services are available for a small fee on qualifying orders.

Alternatively, you can choose our self pick up and self return options at no extra cost. These options can also be combined, for example, you could choose a self pick up before your event but have us do the collection after your event.

Flat Rate Delivery


We offer our delivery and collection services at a flat rate. This means no matter the size of the order, your delivery rates will remain the same. Our delivery rates are calculated based on distance, delivery window, and time of day.

Service Area


Our warehouse is currently located in southwest Mississauga at the intersection of Erin Mills and Dundas. This location is conveniently located near the QEW, 403, and 407 highways.

Our main service areas cover the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding areas, including cities such as:

  • Mississauga
  • Toronto (includes Etobicoke, North York, and Scarborough)
  • Oakville
  • Burlington
  • Hamilton
  • Milton
  • Brampton
  • Vaughan
  • Richmond Hill
  • Markham
  • Cambridge
  • Newmarket

We do not have hard limits on where we are willing to service but our delivery fees will likely become cost prohibitive the further you are away from us.

When in doubt, you can get in touch with us, and we can work out a custom delivery and collection plan for you.

Finally, if you live in the area but are hosting the event further away (such as a cottage outside the city) then you may want to opt for a self pick up and self return option. We can work out additional buffer days around your order, at little to no extra cost, so you don't have to stress about rushing to get the items back to us.

Availability


Our delivery and collection services are subject to the availability of our drivers. To ensure you get your desired time slots, we recommend you book as early as possible. You can also change your delivery slot after booking.

We generally offer delivery and collection services between the hours of 10am to 6pm. Delivery is available on the day of your event or on the days leading up to it. Collection is available on the day of your event or on the days following it.

Selecting an option to receive your items early or hold on to them longer will not incur extra rental charges unless you hold them longer than the agreed upon time.

We understand that our standard service hours may not be sufficient for events that have a tight early morning load in or events that require collection late night following the event. When in doubt, get in touch, and we can work out a plan that fits your requirements.

Pricing


Our delivery pricing is primarily based on three factors:

  1. Distance from our warehouse
  2. Day of the week
  3. Size of the delivery window

Note that pricing is not based on the contents of your order as we offer flat rate delivery!

Distance: Our warehouse is located in southwest Mississauga. We automatically calculate the average driving time and kilometres from our warehouse to the provided address. We use this to calculate your base delivery rate.

Day of the Week: Should you require us to deliver on weekends then we will charge an additional fee. We always provide the option to have the items delivered on a business day and retrieved on a business day, even for weekend events. So if you don't mind holding the items for an extra couple of days then you'll get lower delivery rates.

Delivery Window: Larger time windows will be cheaper than smaller time windows. For example, delivery between 10am - 6pm (an 8 hour window) is cheaper than 1pm - 3pm (a 2 hour window). Larger time windows help us plan more efficient routes, reducing our fuel costs and time spent on the road, which means lower rates for you.

Packaging


We take sustainability very seriously and strive to use as much reusable packaging as possible. This may include durable plastic totes and high quality cardboard containers.

The containers we deliver your rentals in should be considered part of the rental and are expected to be returned. This is important for preventing breakage during the return journey and for minimizing waste. If our reusable containers are damaged or lost then you may be charged replacement fees.

We encourage you to also return any packaging found within the containers as it will be needed when it is transported back to us.

We're happy to take everything we deliver back, including all packaging, even if it seems like garbage. We'll sort through it to decide what can be reused, recycled, and disposed of.

Self Pick Up and Self Return


We currently permit any order to be picked up and returned by you or someone you have granted permission to. All orders must be picked up and returned to our warehouse in southwest Mississauga. There is no order minimum to qualify for this option.

Please ensure you bring a vehicle that is large enough to fit your order. We recommend emptying as much of the vehicle contents as possible so you don't run out of space. Please keep in mind that you will receive your order in packaging suitable for transit, which will take up much more space than the item dimensions.

When in doubt, contact us to get estimates on how much space your order will require and whether your vehicle is suitable.

Minimums


To qualify for delivery and collection, we currently require that you spend at least $100 on your event, before taxes. If you place an order below this amount then you are still able to do self pick up and self return.

Please also note that we may have a higher delivery minimum for very distant events (i.e. more than a 1 hour drive from our warehouse).
