At Nayos, we provide event rentals for gatherings both big and small. Whether it be a wedding with hundreds of people or an intimate date night, we've got you covered.

We've worked hard to make the rental process as easy as possible. We're a strong believer in being transparent in how we operate and that's why we proudly display all of our pricing and delivery rates online.

No more waiting on quotes requests or sneaky price increases due to a "wedding tax". Our item availability is checked instantly as you browse, so you only see available quantities. Our prices will not increase based on the purpose of your event.

Our website will let you complete the entire rental process online yourself from selecting your items, scheduling delivery, booking the items, and paying.

While our website empowers you to do just about everything without us, we understand that sometimes a more personal touch is needed. If you want some suggestions on what to pick or just have a question about the process then don't hesitate to contact us.

Rental Flow


1. Browsing

Explore our full rental catalog online by individually selecting pieces to build an event from scratch. For the best browsing experience, provide your event day, so we can check our inventory on that day as you shop.

2. Build Your Cart

Add your favourite pieces to your cart as you shop. Once you've found everything you want, you'll be able to adjust quantities or remove anything you aren't so sure about. Don't feel like you need to find everything at once! You can always add to your order later at no extra cost.

3. Checkout

Once you've added everything you want to your cart then you can proceed to checkout. At this point, we'll just need you to create an account, if you haven't already done so. It'll let you track and change your order later and tell us how to contact you, if needed.

The checkout will guide you through scheduling delivery and collection time windows that work for you. If you'd rather handle that yourself then we also allow self directed pick ups and returns to our warehouse.

Finally, you can securely make your payment and you're all set!

4. Delivery or Self Pick Up

Let us handle the delivery or pick it up yourself from our warehouse. Your items will be packed in our reusable containers for easy transport.

You can receive your items up to a full day before your event at no extra charge.

5. Setup and Enjoy

With your goods in hand, you can now bring your event to life. Enjoy your party!

6. Collection or Self Return

Use our handy return checklist to remember what needs to go back in our reusable rental containers. Include all packaging they came with, so they don't get damaged during the return journey. Rest easy as there is no need to clean anything! We'll handle that once we get the items back.

You can return your items up to a full day after your event at no extra charge.

Timelines


We rent out our items on a first come, first served basis, so we encourage booking as early as possible. Booking sufficiently far in advance will also allow us to order more inventory, if needed.

At the same time, we understand that trends change rapidly and what might be a hot item one year out may not be as trendy by your event day. Fortunately, our website is designed to let you easily place multiple orders for your event. This will let you lock down core pieces well in advance then pick the trendier finishing touches as your event day nears.
