How it Works

We are constantly working to simplify the rental process to make planning a party as fun as the party itself!


Pick Rental Pieces Online

Browse through our online shop, adding your favourite pieces to your cart as you go. Enter your event day to have our website instantly check availability.

Whether you just want a few pieces to complement the items you already own or need to decorate an entire table, we've got you covered with our no order minimum.


Confirm Your Booking Online

Once you're happy with your selected rentals then you can follow our secure online checkout to confirm your booking. The checkout will walk you through the delivery and return details followed by how you'd like to pay.

Bookings should be created at least 2 business days before your desired delivery/pick-up date. We recommend booking as soon as possible as other customers might book the items you are looking at.

You can always add or remove from your order after it has been placed, so don't stress over getting the exact numbers or every piece right before booking.


Receive Your Order

Choose to pick-up from our warehouse in southwest Mississauga free of charge or have us deliver to you for a small fee. An order minimum of $100 is required to qualify for delivery and retrieval by us.

Your order can be received days in advance of your event at no extra charge. Items are packed securely in our reusable packaging to keep them safe in transit.

If you need special delivery considerations, especially for large orders at event venues, then reach out and we'd be happy to design a delivery plan that works for you.


Setup and Enjoy

Unpack your items, decorate your space, and have fun!

Our convenient packaging and ready-to-use items makes setup a breeze.


Pack Up and Return

Once the party is over then return the items back to our reusable packaging. We'll take care of the cleaning.

We know planning and hosting events can be exhausting, so if you want to take your time on getting the items back to us then that works too. Orders can be returned days after your event at no extra charge.
